2. Booking and Payment

2.1. A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The amount will be specified at the time of booking.

2.2. Full payment is due 30 days prior to departure unless otherwise stated.

2.3. For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.

2.4. Payments can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or other methods as specified by Hans Journey.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

3.1. Cancellation fees apply and vary depending on the type of travel service and timing of cancellation.

3.2. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 days of cancellation.

3.3. No refunds will be given for unused travel services or voluntary changes to itineraries during the trip.

4. Travel Insurance

4.1. Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all clients.

4.2. Hans Journey can provide information on travel insurance options, but the final choice and purchase of insurance is the responsibility of the client.

5. Passport, Visa, and Health Requirements

5.1. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and meet health requirements for their chosen destination.

5.2. Hans Journey will provide guidance but is not liable for any issues arising from inadequate travel documents or health clearances.

6. Itinerary Changes

6.1. Hans Journey reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary due to circumstances beyond our control.

6.2. We will make every effort to provide services of equal or similar standard in such cases.

7. Liability

7.1. Hans Journey acts as an agent for transportation companies, hotels, and other service providers and is not liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, or delay that may occur.

7.2. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property.

8. Client Responsibilities

8.1. Clients are expected to respect local customs, laws, and regulations of the destinations they visit.

8.2. Hans Journey reserves the right to terminate travel arrangements of any client whose behavior is deemed detrimental to the group or local community.

9. Special Requests

9.1. Hans Journey will endeavor to accommodate special requests but cannot guarantee their fulfillment.

10. Use of Personal Information

10.1. By booking with Hans Journey, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law
